Burnout is a very VERY real thing. It's happening more and more, as the need to stand out in the workplace; and stay relevant ,seems more important than ever.
Burnout is also largely something we are doing to ourselves. Yes, toxic environments and work pressure is an ingredient, but you are the one that allows it.
More than ever we are highlighting, actually.... scratch that... we MUST highlight the need to invest in our own health first. This encompasses a multi faceted approach incorporating physical, mental, and energetic health.

Energetic health has been overlooked for so long, that people often wonder why they are burning out despite going to the gym, walking, doing talk therapy. There is massive neglect in the area of energetic health.
And it is so simple to incorporate. In Reiki sessions I often advise clients of easy practices to clear their energy. One of my favourites is to give yourself a Reiki shower, something we learn during the Reiki 1 Course. But I believe the very first step is to learn about energy, to start to understand what you need to protect and why.
