Energy in Flow - Understanding your work relationships and your role in that dynamic.

During this 30 minute webinar, my aim is to imprint on your workforce the concept of harnessing ones own energy, to better connect with the people around us, specifically team members and management.

 

Many courses focus on trying to understand other people, with guidelines on how to behave. This can actually add more pressure to your team, leaving them in a state of confusion and performance anxiety. This talk aims to give everyone their power back. Encouraging self assessment and consciousness, to encourage better work dynamics without any pressure or fear. This webinar offers your colleagues a fresh look at the energy they hold, using the principals of Reiki to strengthen the topic.

 

Reiki is an ancient energy clearing system that has been handed down the generations since the early 20th century. It originates from Japan and is still widely used worldwide to this day.

 

As a Reiki master who has been practicing for over 5 years, I knew at some point I would want to integrate this energy work into a corporate setting. My background in the corporate world, including running a busy male orientated Ltd company in the UK, and working for a large investment bank, gave me first hand insight into how people management is severely lacking when it comes to understanding energy. There is always a new approach, a new acronym, new spider diagram, or some other well thought out strategy to handling workplace dynamics, however, my aim is to teach individual ownership and accountability by understanding energy.
